The capacitor for electric heating installation is mainly used in inductive heating system to increase power factor or improve circuit characteristic, it also used in melting and casting equipment. The production adopted the standard of GB/T3984-2004 <Induction heating equipment using electricity container.
RFM-S series capacitors are mainly used in medium frequency induction heating electrical systems to impre power factor or improve loop characteristics. The electric heating capacitor is mainly composed of a core and a box shell and is filled with a high-quality impregnating agent, and the core is welded with a cooling water pipe for cooling the water supply container.Product performance in line with GB/T3984.1-2004/IEC60110-1:1998 "Power Capacitor for Induction Heating Devices".
Working Condition 1. The altitude of the installation and operation area should not exceed 1000 meters;
2. The installation site is free of severe mechanical vibrations, no harmful gases and vapors, and conductive or explosive dust;
3. The inlet water temperature of the cooling water should not exceed +30ºC. For capacitors below 1000kvar, the water flow rate should not be lower than 4L/min, and the water flow rate of capacitors of 1000kvar and above should not be lower than 6L/min;
4. It should be able to run for 4 hours every 24h at a rated frequency of 1.1UN. The continuous current should not exceed 1.35IN.
