Air hammer
According to the furnace capacity and different sizes of crucible mold,our air hammers are classified into KLQ-D large-scale air hammer ,KLQ-Z medium-sized air hammer,KLQ-X small air hammer.The main differences among the air hammers are the sizes and vibration force.
Steel moldIts main function is to fully connect and fix gas distributor,air hammer and accessories.Steel mold can be designed as two hammer head and three hammer head style on the basis of the diameter of the furnace crucible mold.In the case of the same style(such as all three hammer style),if the crucible mold diameter difference is more than 240mm,each furnace wall vibrator will be equipped one more steel mold due to the limitless of the adjustable length of the air hammer
