Working principle:
It is mainly used for dry lining materials,using air hammer to strike on the intermediate frequency furnace crucible mold wall to make the size of particles of lining materials fill each other 's gap so as to make the lining materials more tightly.
- Structure profile(Spare part)
- Gas distributor
Equipped with the proper gas distributor according to the differences of two,three or four head furnace building machine.Its main function is to deliver the output air from the gas source evenly to all the air hammers.
- Air hammer
According to the furnace capacity and different sizes of crucible mold,our air hammers are classified into KLQ-D large-scale air hammer ,KLQ-Z medium-sized air hammer,KLQ-X small air hammer.The main differences among the air hammers are the sizes and vibration force.
- Steel mold
Its main function is to fully connect and fix gas distributor,air hammer and accessories.Steel mold can be designed as two hammer head and three hammer head style on the basis of the diameter of the furnace crucible mold.In the case of the same style(such as all three hammer style),if the crucible mold diameter difference is more than 240mm,each furnace wall vibrator will be equipped one more steel mold due to the limitless of the adjustable length of the air hammer.

Advantages:The furnace building machine is very easy to operate.It only needs one person to operate the procedure of lifting the machine,determining the right position of knot and starting the gas source.Besides,the operator can also make the machine move up and down evenly.In the process of knot,the operator can adjust the pressure properly to ensure even knot so that the medium frequency furnace lining will be durable after knotting.
